The Court, Under A Panel Of Three Judges Judge Frederick Manyanda, Judge Sylvester Kainda, And Judge Abdallah Gonzi Has Scheduled To Deliver The Judgment For The Case On October 10, 2025, At 2:00 P.M.
In Today’s Proceedings, The Court Confirmed The Compliance With The Order To Submit Written Submissions From Both Parties Before Announcing The Judgment Date.
